Responsibilities Review and post vehicle purchases and sales Review and post internal repair orders and parts tickets Review and post vehicle payables Maintain vehicle detail inventory records Verify account coding to maintain consistency for department profitability and expense analysis Aid in analyzing gross profit and expense issues Process checks for inventory purchases, liens, and payables Reconcile insurance reports monthly to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate Monitor vehicle contracts and accounts receivable Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline is a plus 2
years experience in dealership accounting is a plus Experience in using CDK Drive software Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational ability Effective corporate communications skills Willing to work overtime as deemed necessary Ability to consistently meet all deadlines WILL TRAIN QUALIFIED APPLICANTS.
